The lectures, exercises and practical courses of the chair "Optimization of Mechanical Structures" provide students with the tools for the design and optimization of lightweight components. For this purpose, students are enabled to conduct independent research on the corresponding development methods.
In addition to the courses there is the possibility to work on engineering projects, bachelor and master theses.
