Chair OMS represented at the WCSMO-16 in Kobe, Japan
The Chair of OMS will be attending WCSMO-16 in Kobe (Japan) from 18 May to 23 May 2025.
WCSMO is the World Congress on Structural Optimisation and Multidisciplinary Optimisation, which takes place every two years.
This year, the Chair is again participating in the conference with several presentations:
Axel Schumacher: "Car Body Layout Generation for Crash Load Cases using the Graph and Heuristic based Topology Optimisation" (authors are Axel Schumacher, Florian Beyer, Jens Trilling)
Christian Gutgar: "New automated design tool for the layout process of roll formed structures in topology optimisation" (Authors are Christian Gutgar, Axel Schumacher)
Felix Janzik: "Method for the coordinated Topology Optimisation of the individual links of Open Kinematic Chains" (Authors are Felix Janzik, Axel Schumacher)
Jirair Aroyan: "Topology Optimisation of Thin-Walled Crash Structures Using Local State and Machine Learning" (Authors are Jirair Aroyan, Johannes Sperber, Christopher Ortmann, Axel Schumacher)
Katrin Weider: "Research on the requirements to be integrated in the topology optimisation of industrial additive manufactured lightweight structures" (Authors are Katrin Weider, Axel Schumacher)
Philipp Clemens: "New features in the nested optimisation of crash-loaded deep-drawn components considering linear buckling in the inner loop" (Authors are Philipp Clemens, Axel Schumacher)
